How does habit form loyal customers?

Whenever you see a ping “Good Morning!” you simply reply back with Good Morning! Is it out of habit or you consciously do that? Mostly it’s running on auto pilot mode, if you are using messaging apps for a long time..

Whenever you have to search something over the internet most of us go to google. We don’t bing that :D. You want to search someone’s professional credibility, you simply search over LinkedIn.

With time we become unconsciously habituated, that’s how companies build loyal customer. The best time to target loyal customers are in young age after all it’s a gold mine. You are gonna use that product for next 30–40 years, given that the product keep evolving with time.

Ironically, we rarely realise that we have such a habit. Life is a habit game. Every tiny second we are training our brain and body just the way machines trains the models..
